Cancellation Policy
Weddings- In the event Client cancels more than 30 days before the event date, Client will only be responsible for paying the retainer. Cancellation must be sent via email to kelseyscosbridal@gmail.com. Confirmation of cancellation notification by KelseysCos Bridal must be obtained. If Client fails to let KelseysCos Bridal know of cancellation via email before the event date or cancels less than 30 days before the event date, Client must pay the full balance due.
Other Appointments- If Client cancels their appointment less than 48 hours before appointment time, KelseysCos Bridal will charge Client 50% of the full balance due.
